FANNIN AUTO GLASS SERVICE LLC – Liability Statement

At FANNIN AUTO GLASS SERVICE LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality auto glass services with professionalism and care. While we take every precaution to ensure safe and proper installation, it is important to outline the limitations of our liability regarding our services.

Scope of Liability

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that FANNIN AUTO GLASS SERVICE LLC is not liable for:

  1. Pre-Existing Damage & Vehicle Condition
    • We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage, rust, corrosion, or structural weaknesses that may affect the installation of auto glass. Any existing issues may compromise the integrity of the new installation.
  2. Vehicle Structural Integrity & Stress Cracks
    • While we use industry-standard procedures, we are not liable for stress cracks, fractures, or other damages that may result from abnormal vehicle body flexing, prior windshield installations, or pre-existing conditions.
  3. Electronic Systems & Safety Features
    • Our windshield replacement and safety system calibration services are performed according to manufacturer guidelines. However, we are not liable for malfunctions in Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) or other electronic components due to manufacturer defects or system recalibrations that are beyond our control.
  4. Post-Installation Damage
    • We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper care after installation, accidents, misuse, or modifications made by third parties.
    • Customers are advised to follow all post-installation care instructions, including  waiting time  and safe drive away time instruction before driving and avoiding excessive pressure on newly installed glass.
  5. Tempered Glass Breakage & Clean-Up
    • Tempered door glass is designed to shatter upon impact for safety reasons. We provide glass replacement and clean-up services, but we are not responsible for additional damages resulting from broken glass inside the vehicle.

Customer Responsibility

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the installed glass upon completion of service. Any concerns must be reported immediately.
  • Customers should follow all maintenance and care guidelines provided by our technicians.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FANNIN AUTO GLASS SERVICE LLC is not responsible for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services  

The limitation of our liability is 30 days  from date of our services

Our liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the affected auto glass under our Lifetime Warranty terms.
